Salina wildlife control tip of the month:
How to catch a squirrel with a snare pole
Trapping is one of the trickiest game that you can play with the animals like squirrels. You do not need to be a good one to
catch them, but you need to be patient, since they will not fall into your Salina animal trapping trap upon aiming at them. The game snaring is the
squirrel’s run. It is easy to make and very efficient as well. Just make sure you learn the Salina exterminator tricks well, so that the squirrels
will not play tricks on you. These are active animals and they can easily run, that will end up the game right away. To catch
the squirrel using a snare pole, you just need some flexible wire, big tree branch or pole and a lot of patience. A lot of animals
are not similar to humans and because they look for the path of least resistance and the simplest way to go through the woods just
like humans do. When you try to catch them you must consider their laziness in mind.
First, you need to cut the piece of Salina animal control wire into a foot long. Then twist it by ¼ inch long and make it oblong in shape with a loop in
one end of the wire and then twist the oblong figure into 8 or infinity shape. Fold the figure 8 over itself. Both the loop holes
in the figure 8 must only be around 1/8 of an inch in diameter. You just have to be sure that the wire slides accordingly.
You also need to run the other end of the wire through both loop holes and then size it down around the diameter of a finger or even
smaller. The wire must have a memory and will want to spring back to its original size, as soon as it is triggered in the future. You
must put a small indentation or bump in the wire where the Salina wildlife removal loops are sized to just around 2-3 fingers in diameter, but that depends on
the size of the squirrels you see in the place. You can also use the indentions in the wire to hold the wire back to the 2-3 finger
size.
You must check the Salina pest control snares every 6-12 hours, but that depends on the temperature. For the snares, you can use some of the floral wire
that can be bought in a local shop, however, you can also use some other kinds of wire that may be flexible and strong enough containing
a memory spring.
